It's already a challenge!

So I told a friend about this challenge I had given myself, to write a blog with 7 daily lines and 7 daily images.




I explained it as a way to maintain focus and channel my thoughts to creativity rather than social media.


However, I have not even managed two days of


"focus".


The best meditation practitioners say that the trick and the key to meditation practice. is the moment you recognize you have lost focus on your breath or whatever you are focusing on to center yourself.


The fact you actually take the time to re-focus is a break-through.


So here I am refocussing.


Let's see how many times I need to do this.
